Far West Coast & Nullarbor

Far West Coast & Nullarbor

One of the most contrasting, dramatic and isolated regions on the Eyre Peninsula, the Far West Coast and Nullarbor is awe-inspiring.

Begin your journey in Ceduna and head west to a landscape full of hidden secrets and foot-print free beaches, and watch it flatten and change as you reach the treeless Nullarbor Plain where hundreds of Southern Right Whales frolic in the water.

Ask the friendly locals for advice, take some time and get exploring this isolated area with its towering cliffs and spectacular wildlife.

The Nullarbor is one of Australia’s greatest road-trips, and there’s something really special along the way – the country’s largest crèche, where hundreds of Southern Right Whales come to mate and give birth at the Head of the Bight and Fowler’s Bay every winter.

It’s a unique experience that can’t be found anywhere else.

PS: Before you leave for the wild, make sure you check out what Ceduna has to offer too. Oysters!
